Hello water loving yogis and paddlers!

UPDATE: We have modified our schedule to accommodate more paddlers with different availability! Flow on the river with us on select Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays! See our online class schedule here:

We are excited to announce we will be teaching 4 weekly classes this summer! Our class offerings extend beyond stand up paddle board yoga and we are happy to present SUP instruction and an exciting fitness class that combines our love of yoga and paddling.
Monday @ 6:00pm-7:30pm Float Fit
Thursday @ 6:30pm-8:00pm Lotus Flow
Saturday @ 10:00am-11:30am Lotus Flow
Sunday @ 4:30pm-6:00pm Intro to SUP
SUP and SUP yoga classes will be held in Ann Arbor, Mi upon the Huron River. We typically launch at Bird Park (Barton Pond or the Dock) as well as Bandemere Park. Classes begin June 4th!
If you don't see a time that fits with your schedule we are happy to offer private instruction in both SUP yoga was well as basic SUP. All SUP teachers are certified Paddlefit Coaches! Carrie & Kim are both registered yoga teachers and have completed 40 hours of SUP yoga training through Stoked Yogi.
