Float Ohm SUP Policies

Because all businesses have them!

Float Ohm SUP is a small business started by some water loving yogi friends. We aspire to create amazing SUP experiences for our clients. If you have a question related buying and using your class passes, we hope this clears anything up!

Class Passes:

Class passes expire 3 months from their purchase date. We are a seasonal business so please check our schedule and be sure you will be able to use your package before the season ends.

Class pass packages cannot be shared.

Refunds are available 24 hours after a class pass is purchased. After that email info@floatohmsup.com for alternative arrangements.

Class Registration:

If there is severe weather (lightening) or extreme wind, we will cancel class and you may save your class pass for another date.

All students in public classes must verbally confirm they can swim, if you cannot swim we are happy to hold a private 1:1 session for you!

You must sign a waiver before your first class, instructor will provide.

Kids are welcome! Any student under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the class. Students under 12 must wear a PFD. Minimum age in a public class is 8. Students under 8 years old are welcome too, but contact us for private family class options.

Cancellation Policy:

SUP classes without any students registered will be cancelled a day prior.

If you sign up for a class and cannot make it, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to keep your class pass, if you are unable to cancel your pass will be used as if you attended. If an emergency arises contact us via email or phone.
